1. Payment of R599.00 will apply for ALL consultations. 

2. 80% deposit is required on commencement of the project and 20% balance will be paid once the project is completed. This clause is non-negotiable, and no exceptions will be made in this regard.

3. Should you not make payment due to us as specified, we reserve the right to charge you 5% interest on the overdue balance, which will accrue daily from the initial due date of payment until the actual payment date. 

4. We can make use of sketches or Pinterest inspiration images for illustrative purposes only and not necessarily intended to provide an exact description of the works to be executed, or to guarantee specific results.

5. We may offer our suggestions for products or other services to be provided as part of your project, however, please note that it is not obligatory to accept these suggestions but if you do, you will need to ensure that you source the relevant supplier for them unless we are able to assist. 

6. If we notice a pricing or product description error after your order is processed, we will notify you and correct the error immediately. You may, however, withdraw the contract and receive a refund. 

7. Should the project be delayed or postponed with us not being at fault, we reserve the right to review and amend our fees accordingly. You will also be alerted of this in this case.

8. We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where that failure or delay results from any cause beyond our control. Such causes may include but are not limited to client’s failure to provide material, power failure, no water supply, or any other natural disasters. 

9. Once the project is completed, you have a 4-month guarantee, provided the cause of damage or fault was not caused by you. Should you require any repairs after that period, you will be charged for our repair or replacement services.
