In the event of any damaged items in transit, an exchange will be granted within 7 days if the client reports the damage within 48 hours of receiving the package. Strictly NO refunds.

This is due to customisation of these items and to ensure that our clients get to have a choice of receiving the necessary and preferred contents. It also helps with avoiding wastage and getting items merely because they are part of the package and not necessarily what the client desires. 

Personalising an item gives the gift a special feature to it, however it is not mandatory. If you require items not to be personalised, we will do just that. 

Our aim is to always ease the stress that comes with preparing gifts and allowing our clients to just pay and receive. Ideally it would be lovely to give us a heartfelt message to be written on the card however, if you do not have an idea of how to put the right words together for your special one, you can count on us. 

An invoice is always sent once to the person ordering the gift to allow an easy payment process. Unless requested, once payment is received, no further invoices will be sent to the receiver. 

EFT or Credit/Debit card payments. 

The gifts are customised according to the clients' specifications therefore, there is no standard price list.

You can give us a brief of what the receiver likes or what you would like for them and we create the gift based on that. 

We are however able to specifically advise of the prices for the previous gifts that were executed.
